Weekend Family Break
We stayed for a long weekend in Calder cottage to see family which we hadn't seen since 2019, it was such a lovely cottage! Upon arrival we were greeted by Anna, Sue and Ian, they were very warm and welcoming which was just lovely. The cottage was immaculate and Anna and Sue had placed toys in the cottage for our 3 year old son as well as other baby things which helped us immensely as we didn’t have the space in our car to bring everything with us. The views from the cottage were just beautiful! The information guide in the cottage was great and listed many places to visit as well as local supermarkets etc. I was impressed with mod cons such as the the clock in the lounge which charged phones when placed on top and the Amazon fire stick. Beds were so comfy and cosy, kitchen had everything you could need also. Loved all the little touches such as fresh flowers in the lounge and the cute baby covers you had placed in the cot. We will definitely be staying again with you in 2022 as it was such an enjoyable stay.

Birthday Break
We arrived to a lovely warm welcome from Ian and Sue to a spotless, warm cottage with our 2 grandsons - beautiful grounds and quality cottage. Ian put out a football net for boys which was a great hit and very safe for them to play in the garden. We had fireworks on my birthday night - thank you for letting us do that. Such a peaceful location. Lovely walks with great pubs to eat at close by. We would highly recommend it to our family and friends. Love to return in the future. Thank you Ian and Sue and team.

Excellent Accommodation
A very high quality destination which is well placed for exploring the Ribble Valley. We use it to entertain friends and family when we return to Lancashire.

Relaxing Weekend
Stayed in the Calder cottage this weekend for a birthday weekend. It was beautiful and we had such a fabulous time. The cottage itself was clean, tidy and had everything you needed. The owners Sue and Ian were very welcoming and made sure we had everything required. Would definitely recommend these cottages for a short or long stay. Perfect surroundings and outside areas to sit and enjoy the beautiful views. Get booked in!

Fantastic Stay - Definitely Recommend
Stayed at Calder cottage for a girly birthday weekend. Really enjoyed our stay, cottage was spotless. Sue was very friendly and welcoming. Everything in the cottage you could possibly need, was like home from home. The views were beautiful too when we were sat out with a glass of wine!

Beautiful Place
An amazing set of luxury cottages in a very beautiful place. Cottage was absolutely spotless. Amazing hosts too. Great links to Lytham St Annes, Blackpool, and best of all Blackburn for Asian food as only 10-15 minutes away. Will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you very much Ian and Sue.

Wedding Weekend
A group of us stayed in all three cottages over a long weekend to attend our daughters wedding on the Saturday.
What an amazing location. So peaceful, relaxing and very safe for small children to wander and play around the lawned garden area. All cottages had everything you could wish for and were presented immaculately.
Hosts Ian and Sue were very friendly and were always available if there was anything to ask . They even presented our daughter with a wedding gift and card... Thank-you. You will not be disappointed staying at any of these cottages ... and when we get the chance we will be visiting again . I can’t wait.

Perfect Peaceful Holiday Home
We had a wonderful stay in Hodder Cottage. The property is modern, spacious, well equipped with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Ian and Sue were very welcoming and helpful hosts. The location is peaceful and beautiful with the Ribble Valley countryside on your doorstep. We particularly enjoyed sleeping so well in the quiet and pitch dark afforded by the true black out blinds. We also loved eating at the outdoor table with the very well kept garden to admire. I have no doubt we’ll visit again! Thank you.
