Lovely 5th Stay at Hodder Cottage
This was our 5th stay at Oakdean Cottages, Hodder cottage was in immaculate condition as always and I have to say Oakdean Cottages are the best cottages we have stayed in by far. The views and surroundings are stunning! The beds are the comfiest beds we have stayed in and this time round I so wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage is always cleaned to an extremely high standard and has everything you need and more. The children loved seeing the Alpcas and chickens this time round too. Anna, Ian and Sue are always very welcoming and nothing is ever to much. Lovely touches such as fresh flowers on arrival in the little vase and lovely touches such as books on the local area which are always lovely to read, even with me being from Lancashire I learnt a little more this time round . Looking forward to our next stay in December already!! 😍

Absolutely Wonderful As Always
Another wonderful stay in Ribble cottage in the beautiful Ribble Valley. Immaculate accommodation and peace and quiet guaranteed. The cottage has everything you could possibly need with Ian and Sue on hand to assist with any problems. This is our 8th visit and won’t be our last. We love it.

Hodder Cottage
What a lovely stay in Hodder Cottage. The cottage is absolutely immaculate, with everything you could ever need. The grounds are so quiet and the owners lovely and welcoming. My children loved seeing the alpacas, chickens and ponies next to the cottage. There are also lovely local towns and villages to explore. I can’t recommend Oakdean Cottages enough to anyone wanting to stay in the Ribble Valley. My little boy was upset to be leaving, but hopefully we will be back for another stay soon.

Oakdean Cottages
This place is just perfect. We spent 5 nights with 2 other families in the adjoining cottages and enjoyed the privacy and space and stunning views across the valley. Ian Sue and Anna made sure that our stay was extremely comfortable and stress free. We were even able to have a family BBQ on one of the days with other members of our families joining us. There is so much to do here that we didn’t have time to fit it all in so we will definitely be back. Thanks again

Perfect!
We have just spent 4 nights in Ribble Cottage, enjoyed every minute and didn’t want to leave!
The cottage was immaculate and well equipped with everything you could need for a wonderful relaxing stay.
Thoughtful extras of flowers, milk, juice, tea, coffee and biscuits were much appreciated.
Ian, Sue and Anna are wonderful hosts that made us feel like we were old friends - so welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The grounds are secluded, very safe and kept to a high standard just like the cottages.
Ribble Valley is a beautiful part of Lancashire.
We cannot wait to return.

As Wonderful As Ever
2nd time staying here. It remains our favourite place to stay in the region. The area and site are so peaceful and idyllic. The buildings are well maintained and have everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We will certainly be back again!

Perfect Getaway
Staying at Oakdean cottages was the perfect addition to our wedding at the beginning of December 2023. We were made to feel so welcome, it was like staying with friends. There were even toys in the cottage for our boys to play with, and a couple of gifts too! The whole experience felt like pure luxury, from the coffee machine to the under floor heating! Will be returning as often as we can

Guest from Down Under
I come to the UK 3 times a year from Australia and we always stay at Oakdean Cottages as they are so homely and modern. It’s lovely and quiet behind the gates and super safe. Anna, Ian and Sue are really accommodating nothing is too much trouble. They understand if you're having a gathering with family and friends and always offer extra chairs and tables if needed they are lovely! I have stayed in all the cottages now and they are all beautiful!
